I’m a Session Guitarist and Composer from Pembrokeshire, Wales.

As a Guitarist, I’m best known for my work on feature films — over 20 to date, including AAA properties like Blade Runner 2049 and The Flash. As a Composer, I have a large portfolio of tracks that are used on broadcasts of all types, all over the world.

I have credits on Grammy-nominated projects, including as a Co-Writer, Guitarist, and String Arranger on Arun Shenoy’s ‘Rumbadoodle’ (Best Pop Instrumental Album, 2013) and as a Musician on Blade Runner 2049. I am also a Voting Member of the Recording Academy and a Principal Voting Member of PRS.

I started my education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Neuropsychology. I then went on to attend Berklee College of Music as a Guitarist in 2007, but began my career before completing my major. In 2022 I was accepted onto Berklee Online’s Degree programme studying ‘Music Composition for TV, Movies and Games’. I’m finishing those studies alongside my full-time work as a Composer and Guitarist.

When I’m not doing something musical I love playing video games, reading books, hanging out with my Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Molly, and painting Warhammer figurines.

Session Guitarist

As a Guitarist, I’m best known for my work on feature films. I’ve contributed to over 20 to date, including Blade Runner 2049 (music by Hans Zimmer and Benjamin Wallfisch), Gore Verbinkski’s A Cure for Wellness (Benjamin Wallfisch), Ron Howard’s Thirteen Lives (Benjamin Wallfisch), and the DC Comics movie The Flash (Benjamin Wallfisch). I’ve also done session work on projects as varied as musicals, TV shows, radio jingles, and video games.

I play guitars of all types, including electric, extended range (7 and 8 string), bass, as well as steel and nylon strung acoustics. I also moonlight on banjo, mandolin, and ukulele. If it has frets, I can play it!

Composer

As a Composer, I have a large catalogue of music covering many genres that is used all over the world on all kinds of broadcasts.

Notable recent music placements include the Netflix film A Babysitter’s Guide To Monster Hunting, The comedy series Aunty Donna’s Big Ol’ House of Fun, Shameless (US), Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, and hundreds more!

I’ve also composed the music for a handful of short films as well as custom-composed music for companies that are household names, including Kraken Rum and Classic FM.
